Common QUESTIONS.
It depends on the laser and concern. The Neo typically needs a series of 4–6 treatments for best results, with maintenance over time. Many clients see significant improvement from the Era in just one treatment, with maintenance every 6–18 months.
Discomfort is minimal. The Neo feels like a gentle warming sensation with no numbing needed. Lighter Era treatments may not require numbing, while deeper resurfacing may use topical or local anesthesia for comfort.
The Neo has no downtime — return to normal activities immediately. The Era depends on depth: light has little to none, medium a few days, and deep resurfacing up to 1–3 weeks of healing.
